Terms of Service

2.1 An Editorial Site: Apulia.Travel publishes travel guides about Puglia and a selection of Puglian products. We are not a travel agency, a tour operator or a shop: we do not sell products, accommodation or tours, and we do not take bookings or payments.

2.2 Information Only: Guides, itineraries and product descriptions are provided for general information. Opening hours, transport, availability and similar details change; check them with the provider before you rely on them.

3.1 Affiliate Links: Links to Amazon and to tour partners such as GetYourGuide are affiliate links. If you buy or book after clicking one, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.

3.2 Your Contract Is With the Seller: When you buy a product or book an experience you do so on the third party's website, and your contract is with that company. Its terms, prices, delivery, cancellation and returns policies apply, and it handles payment, refunds and customer service.

3.3 Which Store You Reach: Product links open the Amazon store that serves the country you selected or that we inferred from your browser. If a product is not listed there, the link may open another Amazon store that delivers to you.

4.1 No Prices on This Site: We do not publish prices. Budget bands shown on product and gift pages are approximate editorial indications. The price and availability shown on Amazon at the time of purchase are the ones that apply.

4.2 Product Information: Descriptions are based on information published by producers and sellers and were accurate to our knowledge when last checked. Always read the label and the seller's page, in particular for ingredients, allergens and alcohol content.

4.3 Alcohol: Wine and other alcoholic products are intended only for adults of legal drinking age in their country. The seller is responsible for age checks and delivery restrictions.

5.1 What You Send Us: Apulia.Travel does not host user reviews or public comments. If you send us corrections, suggestions or other feedback by email, you allow us to use them to improve the site without owing you compensation.

5.2 Conduct: Messages must not be unlawful, abusive or misleading. We may leave such messages unanswered.

6.1 Services "As-Is": Apulia.Travel provides Services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6.2 No Responsibility for Third Parties: Products, tours and other services reached through our links are sold and provided by independent companies. We are not responsible for their quality, safety, availability, delivery or price, nor for the content of external websites.

6.3 Limitation of Damages: In no event shall Apulia.Travel, its officers, employees, or agents be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

6.4 Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Apulia.Travel is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. You pay nothing to use Apulia.Travel. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

7.1 Ownership: All content on Apulia.Travel, including text, images, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of Apulia.Travel or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7.2 Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or transmit content without permission.

7.3 Unauthorized Use: Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of Apulia.Travel content is prohibited and constitutes copyright infringement.

8.1 Informal Resolution: Before initiating any legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at maxapulia@gmail.com. We will attempt to resolve your claim within 30 days.

8.2 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8.3 Jurisdiction: You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lecce, Italy for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms.

8.4 Arbitration: Alternatively, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Italian arbitration procedures.

9.1 Availability: We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of Apulia.Travel at any time, and we may block access that violates these Terms or threatens the security of the site.
